◾Renewal Period

【Within Your Membership Term】

You can renew your membership from the 1st of the month before your membership term ends.
*Example: If your membership ends on October 31 2024, you can renew it from September 1 2024.

Make sure to complete the renewal registration within your membership term to ensure uninterrupted service.

【Outside of Your Membership Term】

You can still use your existing membership number within 2 months after the expiration of your membership.
However, please note that you will not be able to use the service while your membership is ended.
*Example: If your membership term ends on October 31 2024, you can renew it using your existing membership number until December 31 2024.

After the 2 month period, you will no longer be able to renew your membership.
Your membership on “志尊淳オフィシャルファンクラブ「S.S.J.」” will be completely terminated and your existing membership number will be invalid.
If you would like to rejoin, you will be issued a new membership number, therefore you will not be able to use your previous number.

◾How to Renew

【For Automatic Renewal Members (Credit Card Payment)】

If you have chosen to pay by credit card upon membership registration, your membership will be automatically renewed on the 1st of the month before your membership term ends.
When the automatic payment is completed, you will receive a completion email.
If you do not receive the completion email, please check your membership details from “My Page” and see if your membership term has been updated.
*Please note that if your credit card has expired, your membership will not be automatically renewed.

【For Non Automatic Renewal Members】

When your renewal period comes, the【継続手続き】button will be displayed on “My Page”.
In addition, we will notify you via an automated email.

We do not accept responsibility for any email transmission error, so please be sure to confirm “My Page” for updates.

The automated email will be sent from the below email address.

＜How to Access My Page＞
【Member ID】＞【会員情報の確認・変更】＞【My Page】

Please follow the below steps to renew your membership.
(1)Confirm the “Membership Agreement”.
(2)Select your payment method.

【Credit Card Payment】
If you choose to pay by credit card, your membership will be renewed when you complete the renewal steps.

【Convenience Store Payment】
If you choose to pay at a convenience store, your membership will NOT be renewed when you complete the renewal steps. Please refer to the separate email sent to you regarding payment information and complete your payment within 5 days.

(3)Review and confirm your information.
(4)Your renewal is complete.

◾Completion of Membership Renewal

When you complete the renewal steps, you will receive a completion email.

If you do not receive the completion email, please follow the below steps to confirm your membership renewal.
Log in to “My Page” and click the【入会・継続お申込み】button on the【各種履歴】page.
You will be redirected to the【入会・継続お申込み履歴一覧】page, where you can check the current status of your membership renewal.

◾How to Check Your Membership Term

Log in to your account and access the【MEMBER ID】page, where your membership term is displayed.

◾How to Confirm, Set, and Cancel Automatic Renewal Settings

Please follow the below steps to confirm or adjust your automatic renewal settings.
Log in to “My Page” and click the【クレジットカード情報の登録・変更・削除】button on the「ファンクラブ情報」page.

If your credit card details are already listed, your account is set to auto-renewal.
If your credit card details are not displayed, your account is NOT set to auto-renewal.

＜If You Would Like to Set Up Automatic Renewal＞
Please enter your credit card details and follow the instructions.
Once you have completed the steps, you will receive a completion email with the subject “【志尊淳オフィシャルファンクラブ「S.S.J.」】クレジットカード情報設定完了のご案内”.

＜If You Would Like to Cancel Automatic Renewal＞
If you delete your registered credit card details, your automatic renewal will be canceled.
Once you have deleted the details, you will receive a completion email with the subject “【志尊淳オフィシャルファンクラブ「S.S.J.」】クレジットカード情報設定解除のご案内”.
